Discounts

A 10% discount on the daily price applies to stays of at least one week.

Further discounts are linked to the advance booking:
05% discount · 3 months in advance
10% discount · 6 months in advance
15% discount · months in advance
The two discounts can be combined.

Our prices are particularly advantageous when compared with those of similar structures.
Furthermore, many of these do not have an exclusive garden and are located in a much less central position.

General rental conditions

Prices refer to an occupancy of 5 people and are all-inclusive, including services: water, electricity, air conditioning, bed linen and towels.

The house is delivered clean and tidy and must be returned as much as possible in the same conditions.
The final cleaning of the apartment has a mandatory additional cost of €120.00 / house.
The cleaning of the external charcoal barbecue is the responsibility of the tenant or otherwise charged at €50.00.

Pets of any size are not accepted.

Minimum number of nights: 3 days

Payment methods

A confirmatory deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the rental must be paid within 3 days from the moment of booking confirmation by bank transfer under penalty of forfeiture of the booking itself.
The balance must always be paid by bank transfer within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
If the booking is made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, the entire amount must be paid immediately.

Cancellations and refunds

In case of cancellation of the reservation made up to 30 days before check-in, the deposit paid will be fully refunded; afterwards it is considered lost and no form of refund is foreseen unless the motivation is linked to serious and documented reasons of both a personal and general nature (epidemics).
In this case the refund is total.

Check-in and check-out

The self check-in service is offered via a key box with combination located next to the external entrance gate.
The customer is required to arrive no earlier than 4pm to allow the apartment to be cleaned and to leave the house by 10.00 am on the day of departure for the same reason.
The customer must provide, once checked in, (via WhatsApp or email) a copy of their identity document as well as the personal details of all guests in order to allow legal reports to the Trapani Police Headquarters via the AlloggiatiWeb portal.
